Catching up at work has been troublesome, but I have managed to whittle things down. There was a complaint against Rodney Dixon from a Doctor Bruce Benedict. When I met with Doctor Benedict, he had with him the dead body of a donkey shifter. A child. It would seem that Dixon has been throwing out some bad medical supplies--and he is the one who stocks Ilse's clinic.

Doctor Benedict suggested that I sabotage Dixon's business. As the second-in-command at the Merchant's Guild, this is not an option for me. Fortunately, I happen also to be leader of the Blood Meridian, for which sabotage is not such a taboo. We shall see how well Dixon does in life when all his shipments are made worthless.

Ilse must be warned. If she received any faulty supplies, the death toll in the shifter community would be horrific.

Mollie was the girl's name. She apparently had no family, no home. Shame that she was the victim of such a senseless act. She shall be avenged.
