There was a woman at the Bazaar yesterday--a canine shifter of sorts. She was purchasing some tea from Sal, but fortunately I was there to make sure Sal gave her something high-quality. I discovered that she works for Cyprien Prevost, but she was vague about her exact occupation. She was clear on the fact that she is not Cyprien's tea-fetcher.
